Samantha Lee – CAGT 2019 Credit Conference

        Samantha Lee

        Samantha Lee leads the Talent Strategies, Leadership and Design Team in the Human Resources Group at CIBC.

        She is accountable for CIBC’s talent strategies, executive top line succession planning, leadership development, organization design, and stewards the end to end employee experience. Her mandate includes the development and delivery of forward looking, integrated talent strategies for CIBC and its strategic business units and workforce segments.

        Sam has more than 15 years of progressively more senior roles and experience in human resources and consulting, both at CIBC and KPMG.

        Sam earned her Honors Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm) from York University.
