Mark Nicholson

    Leveraging his 20+ years of digital expertise, Mark leads Tangerine’s Experience Design, Digital Product, Client Experience Strategy and Voice of the Client teams that develop award-winning CX strategies with the vision to deliver banking experiences that are simple, user-centric, content-rich and value-added for the bank’s Clients and prospects.  Mark joined ING DIRECT in 2006. Rebranded as Tangerine in 2014, the bank has been recognized by JD Power, Ipsos and Forrester for Digital Banking excellence. Mark has been named among the Top 40 Online Marketers in Canada by Click! Weekly.


    Prior to joining the ING DIRECT team, Mark held Digital positions with both DataMirror (IBM) and Newbridge Networks (Alcatel). Mark is a graduate of Brock University and lives in the Toronto area with his wife and two girls.
