He also provides financial risk management advisory services to a wide range of clients, including banks, insurance companies and multinational corporations. M. Amri has significant regulatory experience and led several commitments related to compliance with the new IFRS9 standard.

Before joining Deloitte, Mahdi held several treasury and risk management positions with financial institutions and multinational corporations in Canada.

Prior to that, Sharon was Chair of the Board for Partnership to Advance Youth Employment (PAYE) a joint venture between the City of Toronto and the Toronto Private Sector dedicated to supporting youth find meaningful employment in the City of Toronto. Sharon has also been a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Manufacturer and Exporters Association and the Biotech Human Resources Council.

Prior to her focus on Canada, Lisa was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Alliances for the core U.S. Equifax business (referred to as USIS). During this tenure, her team established 9 new material partnerships which along with the existing portfolio delivered $90M incremental revenue in 2015 accounting for over 2/3 of USIS annual growth.

Prior to joining Equifax, Lisa was Vice President of Global Scoring Solutions for FICO, overseeing the sale and delivery of scoring services to clients worldwide. In addition, she held executive positions with FIS and Deluxe Corporation.

Lisa earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in New Venture Management at the University of St. Thomas. In her spare time she enjoys golfing and fishing with her husband and three children.

Todd joined the International executive team in March, 2014 charged with accelerating growth and expansion within the Canadian market. Since his arrival, he has implemented a strategy based on client need, critical business issues in the industry and focused on leadership development and a coaching culture that emphasizes empowerment and accountability. As a result, TransUnion has seen double digit revenue and EBITDA growth and has been significantly outperforming the market. In 2018, Todd’s role expanded with the addition of the Latin America Region to align organizational strategies and further drive efficiencies and market opportunities.

Before joining TransUnion, Todd was with First Canadian Title where he served as President of the company’s Default Solutions division and, prior to this, had a progressive 20 year career with HSBC North America. During his time at HSBC Todd held a variety of increasingly complex roles ranging from Regional Sales Manager, P&L Manager for a number of divisions, Chief Credit Officer, Chief Operations Officer and President and CEO of HSBC Financial. In addition to his roles at HSBC Canada, he served in an advisory capacity within the credit bureau industry for a number of years. He is a leader with recognized competencies in many aspects of the financial services industry and known for delivering results through a collaborative approach with the team and business partners.

Todd received an M.B.A. from Schulich – Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, IL, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Marketing from St. Mary’s University.
